No Refund Policy

All payments made to MySchoolSathi are non-refundable. Once a subscription payment is processed, it cannot be refunded, reversed, or credited — in part or in full — under any circumstances.

1. Why No Refunds?

MySchoolSathi is a digital service that provides immediate access to the full platform upon payment. Because of the nature of digital services:

  • You receive instant access to all features and modules immediately after payment.
  • Our team invests time and resources in setting up your school (data migration, configuration, onboarding).
  • Server resources and infrastructure are allocated for your school's usage.
  • The service cannot be “returned” once consumed.

2. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial with full access to every feature, specifically so you can evaluate the platform before making any payment. We strongly encourage you to:

  • Thoroughly test all features during the trial period.
  • Verify that the platform meets your school's requirements.
  • Contact our support team with any questions before subscribing.

The free trial requires no payment information. Subscribe only when you are fully satisfied.

3. What This Policy Covers

This no-refund policy applies to:

  • Monthly subscription payments.
  • Quarterly subscription payments.
  • Annual subscription payments.
  • Enterprise/custom plan payments.
  • Any add-on or upgrade payments.
  • Partial or unused subscription periods.

4. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us.
  • Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
  • No refund will be issued for the remaining days in your current billing period.
  • Auto-renewal (if applicable) will be stopped upon cancellation.
  • After expiry, your data remains accessible in read-only mode for 30 days for export.

5. Plan Changes

  • Upgrading: If you switch to a longer billing cycle (e.g., monthly to annual), the remaining value of your current plan will be adjusted as credit toward the new plan.
  • Downgrading: If you switch to a shorter billing cycle, the change takes effect at the end of your current period. No refund for the price difference.

6. Exceptions

In rare and exceptional circumstances, we may consider a case-by-case review if:

  • A payment was made due to a verified technical error on our platform (e.g., duplicate charge caused by a system bug).
  • The platform was completely inaccessible for an extended period (more than 7 consecutive days) due to issues solely on our end.

Any exception is at the sole discretion of MySchoolSathi and does not create a precedent or obligation for future cases. To request a review, email support@myschoolsathi.in within 7 days of the payment.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to immediately suspend your account and all associated school data. We encourage you to contact us directly at support@myschoolsathi.in to resolve any billing concerns.
